Payment Methods

Returns & Exchanges
We aim to process all returns within a week of their arrival at our warehouse. During busier times, this may take a bit longer, and we appreciate your patience. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may return it within 10 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect size or color choices, or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the damage or defect is due to an error on our part or our third-party fulfillment teams, we will waive both the restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Keep proof of receipt as the package remains your responsibility until it reaches us and ensure that it is insured for its full value. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
